Trainee Maintenance Engineer Mechanical (Bachelor)
Department The Site Geleen encompasses 7 plants, including 2 Naphtha crackers, a Logistics unit, a Polypropylene and 2 Polyethylene units. The Naphtha crackers produce 1,250,000 tonnes of ethylene and 675,000 tonnes of propylene which are mainly used as feedstock for the successive poly-olefins plants. Our polyethylene product range includes all of the commodity thermoplastic polymers, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), and high density polyethylene (HDPE). The polypropylene product range includes block copolymer and specialty automotive grades. Structure Site Geleen On the site we have a clear split between Running Business (short term) and Site Improvements (long term). Site Services supports all these departments. The Running Business is responsible for a safe and maximum production. Site Improvements is responsible for the right project proposals to improve the production process, including process integrity and safety, and for the implementation of the project proposals.
