Position Within the Leiden Production Planning & Logistics department we are looking for a Production Planning & Logistics Leader. This full time position is responsible for the further development of the planning processes and tools within Mentor Leiden. Propose plans for continuous improvements of the PP&L department, ensuring efficient and effective planning practices while optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability and production capabilities. The person in this position will also partner with and replace the PP&L Manager and be required to develop and implement policies, procedures, systems and processes for the Planning area. Also, this position will manage the Supply Chain Planner and the Planner.
