Testing Leader
The Challenge Responsible for coaching business process team members in developing high quality, consistent test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts within and across the following End-to-End processes: Forecast to Schedule, Quote to Cash, Maintain to Preserve, Produce to Store, Develop to Introduce, Procure to Pay & Period End Closing as well as some specific Finance Level 2 processes. Assists the project team in compiling and assessing testing coverage across processes and requirements and recommends gap closure options. Monitors the progress of cycle and integration test execution. Identifies constraints and risks to meeting testing quality and timelines, and proposes solutions. Assesses the day-to-day effectiveness of the test finding/escalation process and recommends improvements. Responsible to coach team members to ensure high quality and consistent documentation of cycle and integration test results. Responsible to compile testing progress results. Works cooperatively with IT and Data teams to ensure testing environment and inputs are ready when needed. Assists in defining the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) approach, schedule, and test cases. Drives consistent, high quality test scenarios, cases, and scripts for cycle and integration testing. Manages the testing coverage matrix and results documentation. Executes a clear problem identification and escalation process that educates, engages, and assists project team members. Develops and manages testing scope and schedules to meet key program milestones within the specified time frame and cost while maintaining the highest level of quality. Assesses testing-related processes and recommend improvements to maximize project team efficiency. Identifies and manages the key and necessary links to other teams (Data, IT, etc). Communicates weekly status and progress on project testing. Your Profile BSc or MSc/MBA Fluent in English, both written and verbal Strong working knowledge of SAP (Chemicals preferred), Solution Manager, ARIS, SAP Quality Center by HP, and SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO) Experience in test management in extremely large, global projects including Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Experience with various testing approaches, best practices, methods, and tools Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to identify project risks and to proactively manage risks during project development cycles Strong coaching and team development skills, especially with shared resources Ability to understand business requirements and coach others for translation into working test cases Ability to work effectively with a team and execute tasks in a timely manner Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities Further Information For more information about this role you can contact: Boudewijn de Heer, Recruiter at +31(0)164 29 11 91.
