Department PP Automotive is integral part of the SABIC Innovative Plastics Automotive business unit that is responsible for the marketing and sales of ETP and PP based products to the global Automotive market. The PP Automotive Technical Product Management team is responsible for defining and specifying the PP, PP Compound and STAMAX PP-LGF product portfolio for numerous automotive applications at all major OEMs in a rapidly changing global environment. The PP Automotive Technical Product Management team is looking for a Technical Product Manager. The Challenge The Technical Product Manager is responsible for continuous improvement of the PP Automotive product portfolio and for translating PP Compound and STAMAX materials to manufacturing locations outside Europe. Within this process he takes the limitations and capability of local raw materials and manufacturing facilities into account as well as the commercial implications of production costs. He finds the right balance between short and longer term business needs. To secure smooth product development and implementation he coordinates compound development, specification and translation to production locations worldwide with Technology & Innovation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.
