Role Summary/Purpose This position will provide global expertise on Image Exchange (IX) Solution offering including, software and hardware, to the regional’s commercial and solution architect teams. This role will be a key technical resource to help define the global standard IX offering and capabilities, as well as translate complex product and workflow information to the regions and subsequently customers during the sales process. Essential Responsibilities This highly visible and customer-facing role will lead and mentor the overall IX engagement with internal and external stakeholders to help define and rollout GE’s Image Exchange offering. This role will be responsible for transferring the knowledge of the global standard Image Exchange offering while collaborating with the regions to allow for the necessary flexibility to complement the global offering. This will include necessary 3rd party offerings and/or in-country-for-country development leading to a competitive solution to meet the local market needs. Working in partnership with the Regional Commercial Sales, Implementation, and Solution Architect teams, the Solutions Architect will develop the solution architect and implementation teams to assess the customer environment, define customer requirements, and assist in demonstrating how GE solutions meet customer needs. Additionally, the Solution Architect will provide direct product and customer feedback to the Product Management team to influence the overall Image Exchange product roadmap. Key responsibilities include: Define and communicate standard offering for Image Exchange Develop solution architect expertise and processes for the standard Image Exchange offering in the regions Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and validate viable solutions Maintain customer engagement post-Live to validate the value our solutions deliver and to ensure customers are positioned as strong reference sites Provide input on customer requirements to Product Management Support IX program team – provide technical input, assist with use case definition Provide RFP response support for new business opportunities Present IX solutions at national conferences
