Department We are looking for two Quality Leaders to join our highly professional manufacturing team, one for the Compounding & Chemical Operations organization and one for the European SF&S organization. One of the Quality Leaders report to the site compounding leader and leads the quality department for whole operations on site in Bergen op zoom. He or she leads 6 professional employees and 28 indirect in the Chemical Operations Quality Control department. The other quality leader reports into the European Manufacturing Leader. The quality team ensures that the product provided is fit for purpose and meets both internal- and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. This function will lead all QA process-improvement changes and will continuously benchmark whether the QA system meets customer and market requirements. The Quality leader will liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure the QA system is functioning properly. The Challenge Lead the site Quality department covering both compounding and ChemOps facilities on a daily base Drive quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization, setting QA objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved by defining the right KPI’s and following up on these on all levels of the organizations, from BU leadership to shop floor level Ensuring that the QMS meets currents market standards and customer requirements Responsible for all internal and external (customers, ISO, etc.) audits Working with the central quality team and with the MSS-es to ensure that all processes concerning customer complaints, information requirements and specifications are dealt with uniformly across BoZ site or within the SF&S organization. Spokesperson for manufacturing to the commercial organization, dealing with customer questions and requirements.
