For our Process Solutions Division – which is the leading business partner for various applications in the tissue, hygiene, mail solutions and intralogistics industry – we are seeking Graduates and Professionals (m/f) for our International Controlling & Finance Program The Program: Responsibility right from the beginning. You will immediately be a member and contributor in one of our companies or at headquarters. You will work on topics like financial planning & analysis, cost and profit management, risk management, operational performance controlling, cash management, hedging or accounting and tax topics. Our International Controlling & Finance Program offers you the following: Operational Responsibility: 2-3 different assignments in the companies or at headquarters; each between 12-24 months; with at least one international assignment in one of our locations Entrepreneurial Approach: Responsibility for a specific improvement project defined by you Global Teamworking: Together with your other program team mates you will identify, initiate and drive a division-wide best-practice project Professional Guidance: You will have a personal mentor – a key member of the division finance management – who will support you with input and feedback throughout the program Continuous Development: You will participate in the Körber-wide training program supported by individual development measures If you are looking for a high-class international job opportunity with a leading international group and you are prepared to take responsibility and shape your own development then we are looking forward to getting to know you. Program Requirements: Excellent university graduate degree, preferably in finance and controlling, economics and business administration or accounting Practical work experience due to internships or post-graduate job experience International mindset and high level of cross-cultural competence due to minimum of 12 months of international studies or international job experience Entrepreneurial thinking and leadership potential Analytical proficiency and pragmatic “hands on” approach Fluent in English and German or English and Italian. Additional language skills like Portuguese or Chinese are a plus Willing to relocate internationally for each assignment The Program will start on 1 October 2012.
