Business Unit Manager Procurement

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager Procurement. Accountable for all procurement activities within the Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate organization, including oversight of procurement transaction processes and inventory/procurement records, providing location procurement support and planning, managing supplier events and relationships, implementing sourcing strategies, as well as talent, resource and budget management. Main accountabilities: manage/execute procurement transaction processes including improving BU buying organization; manage inventory/procurement records; provide procurement support & planning; manage supplier events & relationships: inform & implement sourcing strategies; talent, resource & budget management. Responsibilities: Manage and execute the procurement transaction processes Manage inventory/procurement records Provide procurement support & planning Manage supplier events & relationships Inform & implement sourcing strategies Talent, resource & budget management University or Bachelor degree (Economics, Technical, Procurement or Supply Chain) 10 years of experience working in industrial, commercial environment 2 – 3 years experience in Sourcing or procurement Experience in leading a team and managing with functional lines. Excellent English speaking and writing, preferably one other language (Dutch, French or German) Travel requirements: CCC has locations in EMEA, regular visits are part of the job.
