Textiles Marketing Manager
(1,0 fte Benelux) Tasks and responsibilities As Marketing Manager for the Category Textiles (which includes work wear, linen services and PPE services) you ensure business objectives and strategic goals are met through the development, adoption and implementation of marketing strategies and operational plans. This way you contribute in maximizing current business opportunities and commercialize new business opportunities. Furthermore you provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Textiles Marketing department. Your main tasks are: Delivers input and creates strategic and operating plans for the textiles category. Provides leadership, coaching and direction to its personnel. Develops and adapts locally propositions for the category in liaison with Divisional Marketing and takes those propositions to market and initiates and ensures adequate sales support for those propositions. Identifies and recommends new business development opportunities for new and existing products & services. Works together with Divisional Marketing & Product Development to identify, integrate and prioritize new product & service concepts and ideas for product development. Analyzes and interprets changing market/industry dynamics and trends. Manages regional activities around market communications. Facilitate development of divisional campaign materials in support of the propositions. Responsible for product/services pricing. Develops plans for range harmonisation. Conducts the necessary market & competitor research in order to build up our Marketing Intelligence. Your profile: You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, procedures and resources. You have at least 5 years experience in a product related marketing position in a business-to-business environment preferably in a textiles or service related sector. Experience as a project leader in campaigns and the roll-out of marketing strategies. As a leader you are a coach that motivates and inspires people. Besides creativity and focus on market opportunities you also have influencing and analytical skills. You have a good understanding of the Dutch, French and English language both verbally and in writing. You are willing to travel on a regular base.
