Education: Technical University, Masters in Mechanical engineering. (or bachelor with >10 years of experience) Experience: • At least 5 years of relevant working experience. • Experience in leading project teams in a complex technical environment. • Knowledge of Flow, thermal behavior on Bachelor level. Personal skills: • Overview on Thermal systems • Experience in thermal design • Broad scope (purging, water cooling systems, implementation of thermal systems) • Communicator (outsourcing modules to supplier) • Ownership for implementation thermal systems • Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills. • Ability to work in an international multicultural setting. • Ability to provide technical direction, motivate and convince a team of professionals. • Eager to drive his own development. Context of the position The lead engineer F&T (Flow and Temperature Control) reports to the team leader Mechanical Development Applications and is operational within multidisciplinary projects.
