For the Danone Baby Nutrition Divisional Headquarters we are looking for a: (full-time) Your Mission: To ensure that Quality and Food Safety Requirements are implemented globally in a uniform way through Quality in Design techniques including Risk Analysis across the complete New Product and Project Portfolios. You will be in close co-operation with the Product Development, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that Quality and Food Safety is involved in the earliest stages of projects across the different product portfolios (Milks, Meals, and Cereals). This role is a part of the Quality Governance & Systems team and reports to the Quality Governance & Systems Director. Key Accountabilities: Ensure that Quality and Food Safety Requirements are implemented globally in a uniform way Risk Analysis across the complete New Product and Project Portfolios. Ensure that projects are assessed by the relevant project team and the transition from concept through development, implementation and launch are undertaken effectively. Demonstrate a clear reduction in product failures and consumer complaints through systematic application of Risk Analysis techniques in the design of products, processes, procedures. Training of Local project teams in Risk Analysis apply Microbiological, Chemical, Contaminant, Nutritional and other food related standards to Projects and Products Act as a Project Leader for Quality Related Projects widely spread geographically and mainly international in composition. Act as the Scientific and Quality representative and decision maker across a wide range of technologies Keep up to date with emerging issues and new scientific insights; it is essential to have an active network in the general Scientific community (Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition, Epidemiology etc), Suppliers, Research Organisations. manage the dynamics and requirements at different stages in the product cycle Evaluate risks across the product life cycle from raw materials to final product consumption Your Profile: Knowledge & Experience Required: Qualified (Bsc or higher) Senior Manager with approximately 5-7 years of experience in a Food Manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of unit operations in processing including heat transfer, size reduction, product transport etc. You have auditing experience and preferably raw material sourcing skills. You have evidence of success at change management and successful global project completion. Trained in: Risk Assessment & Portfolio Management Techniques and Familiriasation with the requirements of Baby food in terms of Legislation, Technical Standards and Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of unit operations in processing including heat transfer, size reduction, product transport etc. Personal Skills Requried: Innovative Thinker, who can identify, assesses, reduce and manage risks in the design phase of projects, products and in the related administration and control procedures. You are an open, friendly person with an authoritative approach and the ability to act as a decision maker, facilitator, or expert as the situation requires.
