– A 3rd level Pharmacy degree qualification with approved QP status and eligibility for the QP role – Minimum 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years are in a QP role – Sound Experience of pharmaceutical production including sterile manufacture, primary and secondary packaging – In-depth understanding of GMP and QA systems are essential including interpreting current regulatory requirements. – High level of spoken and written English. Because the QP is expected to work together to achieve the common goals of the site, the ideal candidate is a good communicator and an active listener and will always seek to understand differing perspectives. He or she must be dedicated and stand for the companys beliefs. Therefore the candidate needs to adhere to the highest standards of trustworthy and ethical behavior in all interactions and hold others to the same standards; comply with all laws, policies and regulations.
