Nutricia Netherlands B.V. is part of Danone. Nutricia focuses on specialized nutrition with leading positions in the markets of baby and children’s nutrition and medical nutrition. With her baby and infant food, Nutricia promotes healthy growth and development of children from 0 to 36 months. We are currently looking for an ambitious The National Account Manager is primarily responsible for managing the customer relationship with some of our major accounts in NL. The Job In this role you: Are responsible for developing the Baby business in the Netherlands to ensure the achievement of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Strategic Plans (SP) Support the development of the Dutch AOP and ensure the execution with specific focus on Sales and Marketing programs Ensure optimal Route to Market for Nutricia brands, including investigating possible new strategic models and/or partnership Business Plan Development, Execution and Alignment Process Define business priorities for Nutricia in the Netherlands and develop a long term plan for the key customers Nutricia Sales Strategy & Execution Manage Customer Category Management & Supply Chain relationships Lead annual negotiations with key customers Install effective Promotion Calendar Customer P&L and Trade budget Guide the identification and build of customer capability to open up and develop new channel/customer opportunities Set up key account wiring plan and drive the execution of key account strategic plans. Manage account budget and customer P&L responsible. Job Skills Strong negotiating skills Broad FMCG experience in Food and Drug Push/Pull expertise, builds integrated plans Strong influence & impact skills Combines strong operational and strategic skills Account and Category Management experience Getting things done mentality Strong interpersonal skills and business credibility Cross functional experience Confident and mature executive Profile At least Bachelors, preferable Master Degree in Business Economics or similar education 4-6 years relevant experience in professional FMCG environment Cross functional experience, focused on Sales and Category Management Ambition to grow to commercial executive roles within Danone International Contact For people with high levels of energy and commitment, Nutricia is the perfect place to build a successful career.
