He/She will understand the HR business strategy and play a key role in bridging any gaps between IT and the HR key users. Responsibilities: Define and implement the key PeopleSoft tools and processes within the European and Asia Pacific regions Deliver international data standards and the supporting coding structure Provide second level support that is consistent with our IT support structure Drive the continuous improvement of other HR Management Systems Establish strong working relationships with our internal/external customers Conduct analyses to identify new initiatives and pursue new opportunities Report directly to our International Manager Business Solutions Requirements: University degree, ideally with a major in Computer Science Sound experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing industry In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft and the data privacy requirements Excellent process mapping skills will be required A green belt or six sigma qualification would be highly beneficial Persuasive team player who can deliver results in a co-operative style Fluent English and any other EU language would be beneficial Moog employees trust each other to work hard and to do the right thing.
