Function The HR frontline provides support and advice to managers and staff members in all Human Resources related matters. As an HR advisor (HRA), you will be involved in HR issues relating to the department(s) to which you are assigned. You will liaise interactively with staff members and their managers and insure full alignment of operational issues with the Organization’s HR policies. As an HRA , you will be part of a dedicated Sector’s team and in this context you may also contribute to specific projects. Qualification required Master in human resources or a degree in a related field, e.g. economics, business administration, behavioural sciences, law, together with professional training in the field of human resources.
