Food Safety Scientist
Position Responsible for planning, implementing and delivering food safety risks assessments and related projects to reduce food safety & regulatory risk Leading internal and external food safety validation projects Providing food safety expertise to the R&D European food sites with respect to food microbiology, thermal processing, allergen management, HACCP & chemical food safety knowledge Being the specialist on food safety during incident management by ensuring effective collaborative relationships with the Global Q&FS team and in particular with the food safety experts community Supporting HACCP and other continuous improvement activities for all food sites in collaboration with the site Q&FS managers Building and maintaining internal and external networks and recognition to ensure up-to-date understanding of the food safety competence Delivering expert food safety training to the European Food Sites.
